The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Sakra (Bariarpur OP) P.S. Case No 392 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not specifically named in the F.I.R. However, he has been identified as driver of the vehicle Scorpio bearing Registration No. BR06PC-6822 from which recovery of country made pistol has been shown in the seizure list. The owner of the vehicle is said to have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below. He further submits that so far as, this

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge, 13th Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra (Bariarpur OP) P.S. Case No 392 of 2017 subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
