Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, they were arrested and made their confessional statement. The impugned order goes to show that stolen tractor and its trailer were recovered but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the aforesaid tractor and its trailer were recovered from forest in an abandon condition.

Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the
