2. Vide order dated 31.07.2023, it transpires that on

Patna High Court CWJC No.11033 of 2015(3) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 the said date also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and case has been adjourned as a matter of last indulgence.

3. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners. As such, it transpires to this Court that petitioners are not interested to pursue this matter.

4. In this view of the matter, this writ application is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution.
