The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that first information report is against unknown persons. Petitioner's name has come up on the confessional statement of co-accused and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 28.3.2016 and having clean antecedent.

It is further contended another co-accused, namely, Sandeep Prasad @ Sandeep Sao @ Sandeep Kumar Prasad has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26650 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 dated 14.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27343 of 2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Mukul Singh is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.
