1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being directed for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions commanding the Respondents for quashing the order dated 23.12.2023 passed in Anganwari Appeal No. 53 of 2023 by the Court of Collector, Madhubani and order dated 06.06.2023 passed in Letter No. 1179 by District Programme Officer, Madhubani who cancelled the contractual appointment of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4940 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 petitioner from the post of Anganwari Sevika illegally. Because District Programme Officer sent a Letter No. 1157 dated 03.06.2023 for appear before and file counter of the applicant Rani Kumari on 13.06.2023 and on the date a notice was issued by the Office of District Programme Officer. That the Court will be adjourn next date was fixed on 20.06.2023. But in the meantime termination order has been passed on 06.06.2023 without hearing of the parties without inspection of record petitioner filed Appeal before the district Collector, Madhubani learned Court was also not consider and reject the prayer of the petitioner, thereafter petitioner was file present writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
