2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) To direct the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the basis of his merit position against 2213 posts of Assistant Teacher under advertisement no. 210/2010 .

(ii) To direct respondent authorities to give consequential benefits as given to other appointed persons against 2213 posts of Assistant Teacher under advertisement no. 210/2010 .

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4650 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 13.02.2024 passed by this Court in M. J C No. 3525 of 2017 in Civil Review No. 16 of 2016.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5 . In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the concerned authority along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks and concerned authority is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law considering the judgment passed in in M. J C No. 3525 of 2017 within twelve weeks thereafter.

6. It is made clear that concerned authority shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

7 With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
