JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard Mr. Rana Pratap Singh, learned senior counsel and the learned counsel for the complainant-wife. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 498-A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant Vandana Kumari. The complainant has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

The learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the complainant is ready to live with her husband.

No.39160 of 2014 (5) dt.06-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners, and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in Complaint Case No. 119(c) of 2012 dated 19-1-2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
