JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The petitioner claims that he has right title and interest over a plot of land appertaining to Khata No. 353, Keshra No. 3212, Area 39 decimal, which is recorded in the name of his grandfather over which the respondent No.6, i.e., the Principal, Rajeshwar Lal College, Lakhisarai is trying to raise a boundary wall.

2. In my opinion, writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not the right forum for adjudication of such nature of dispute. The petitioner may approach the competent authority/Grievance Redressal Officer under the provisions of Bihar Land Dispute Resolution

Patna High Court CWJC No.5662 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 Act, 2009 or under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 as is found suitable in the nature of the dispute.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some time frame should be fixed by this Court for disposal of his application. No such direction is needed as the aforesaid Statute themselves provide the time within which the applications are to be disposed of.

This application stands disposed of.
