Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Naushad Khan, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The application for grant of bail to the petitioner, above named, who has been made accused and put behind the bar in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No. 06 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 08 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Act.

Earlier vide order dated 22.02.2022, provisional

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29084 of 2021(6) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 bail was granted to the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that there was love affair of the petitioner with the victim girl which later on, resulted into marriage and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that both the petitioner and the informant are living happily in their matrimonial home, in support of his contention, a supplementary affidavit was filed bringing on record the certificate of Nikahnama. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this court had directed to ensure the appearance of the informant through his lawyer on the next date. Today, Mr. Naushad Khan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the daughter of the informant is living happily with this petitioner in her matrimonial home and there is no dispute as such.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, let the provisional bail dated 22.02.2022 be confirmed. Accordingly, the present application stands allowed.
