The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O./ 192 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 78 litres of illicit Nepali Saufi wine from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.10.2017.
