Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 880 of 2018 arising out of Kursakata (Sonamani Gudam) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was arrested in connection with recovery of 27 liters of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
