2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner by tampering with order issued by a Government authority, got released 3 two wheelers in his favour from the police custody.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no knowledge of alleged forged document which was issued by the office of Superintendent, Excise, Muzaffarpur. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
