20-03-2015 After some argument, Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri M.K.Khare, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
It is made clear that if the petitioner appears before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today and files bail application, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the case on its own merit and dispose of the bail application preferably on the same
