JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in custody since 07.02.2016 in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation of demand of dowry and on non-fulfillment of the same subjecting to cruelty and killing the daughter of the informant by the in-laws.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 07.02.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have

The petitioners are the brothers-in-law (Dewars) of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (The Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-8th, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S.
