2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bail Petition No.538 of 2024, arising out of Chanpatia P.S. Case No.350 of 2023 lodged under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29611 of 2024 with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within 9 months from today.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2023 having clean antecedent. He further submits that only one witness has been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the specific allegation against the petitioner due to the reason that the petitioner's son has disclosed that they in connivance with each other, have killed the petitioner's wife.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
