Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it would appear from perusal of the first information report that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by those accused persons, who were caught on the spot.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 32 of 2016.
