Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabua P.S. Case No.636 of 2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed complaint petition on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. The informant alleged that the petitioner took the informant to the house of Munna Singh and others for purchasing a piece of land and after payment of the consideration amount, Munna Singh and others executed the sale deed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a witness of the sale deed. Petitioner had no knowledge about the fact that the executant of the sale deed has

The witness of the sale deed is not responsible for lack of title of the executant of sale deed. Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a witness of sale deed, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.
