The petitioners apprehend their his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case no. 506 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 18.11.2018 while informant was at the shop, at that time,five persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, having armed with Katta came there and caused grievous injury to the informant in which he sustained blood oozing injury. At that

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. Further submission is that allegation has been made against the petitioners to cause assault to the informant and snatching of golden chain, but only two injuries were found on the person of informant in which one injury found on the head and another on the finger, while the injury found on the finger is simple in nature, whereas opinion regarding the injury found on the head is kept reserved.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 506 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
