Learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected vide order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Cr. App (SJ) No. 3666 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that now the charge has been framed against the appellant on 04.02.2022. He further submits that the appellant is languishing in judicial custody since 01.07.2021.

Learned Spl.PP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1209 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on regular bail. Accordingly, his prayer for regular bail is rejected in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021.
