Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Koran Sarai P.S.Case No. 67 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of inflicting knife blow to the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he is in custody since 2.7.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further submission is that co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 53501 of 2018.
