2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order passed in LPA No. 1531 of 2012 (Shailendra Kumar Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) the petitioner's regularization has been shifted to 29-06-2002. The submission is that though the Division Bench has clearly directed that the petitioner is to be put in the same scale as his other colleagues, but the same has not been done. The petitioner has not been put to the same scale to that which his colleagues has been placed in the year 2002. The issue, therefore, which emerges is the

3. The learned counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be availing the remedy of contempt for implementation of the Division Bench order dated 07-12-2015.
