Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.152 of 2017, registered under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the accused persons came and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his son and the petitioner is said to have given axe blow over the head of the informant's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both sides and also case and counter case and the injury found on the person of the informant's son is simple in nature.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57492 of 2017(5) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 petitioner Krishna Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S.
