Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, three unknown miscreants, riding on Apache Bike, hit the informant and took away a bag full of cash on the point of pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and his name transpired during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application and submits that petitioner is named and has got two criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for
