2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020 in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 15 litres of country made liquor from his house. It is submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case and he was in custody in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 since 28.01.2020. Except the aforesaid Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020, the petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 28.01.2020, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
