The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner came to the shop of informant and purchased M.S.Pipe worth Rs. 1,85,000/- on credit, but neither the petitioner deposited the said amount nor returned the purchased goods.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that present case is counter blast of Deoria P.S. Case No. 61/2021 lodged by this petitioner against informant. As a matter of fact, on 13.04.2021, the petitioner purchased the goods worth Rs. 8600/-, which he paid on the same day in the account of informant. In support of the same, he has annexed cash Memo of same transaction at Annexure -2 to the petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19542 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 62 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
