Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 47 of the Excise Act.

10 litre country made liquor is said to have been recovered from hut of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.5.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
