This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Chausa (Fulaut) P.S.Case No.94 of 2015 dated 16.9.2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier a case had been lodged by the father of the petitioner against the informant and further there are two injuries report - one showing fire arm injury and another by the hard and blunt substance.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18768 of 2019(3) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 for bail, showing direct allegation against the petitioner. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner , however, he may pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
