The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 533 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 9 & 10 of Bihar Examination conduct Rule, 1981.

This is a case of impersonation and petitioner is the beneficiary. Somebody else was appearing in the examination of S.T.E.T., 2019 (Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test-2019) conducted by B.S.E.B. (Bihar School Examination Board) in place of the petitioner.

This practice has become quite common in this State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29437 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 and such kind of "Munna Bhai" cannot be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
