This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 378 of 2022 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 on the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story in short is that informant and his family members were at their house doing their house hold works. Thereafter the accused persons named in the F.I.R. came variously armed and attacked the family members of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25844 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 informant who have suffered injuries. When the informant asked the accused persons for what reason they are assaulting them, the accused person assaulted him also indiscriminately with Lathi, Garasa and Stone and bricks.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Daud Nagar in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 378 of 2022.
