The present application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to be issued to the respondents to make further investigation of Mahendia P.S.Case No.14 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to seek other remedies available in law.
