JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.417 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 13.12.2021 and he has clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.417 of 2020.
