The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 namely Musarat Rizvi @ Musarat Jahan has died during the pendency of the present anticipatory bail petition. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, so far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, in order to file appropriate application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
