The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 15.3.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 380, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demands.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant but the petitioner has given Talak to the informant much prior to lodging of the present case. The investigation has already concluded. Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded , let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30603 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S.Case No. 1/2015.
