The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 7, who were enlarged on bail by order dated 5.12.2023 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 76345 of 2023 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 452,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25970 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 379, 354, 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Perused the records. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 7 or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court.

4. In view of the discussions made above, this application is dismissed.
