JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Karakat PS Case No. 24 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 457, 380, 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that there is land dispute between both sides and there is case and counter case. The petitioner is uncle of the informant, injury is on non vital part elbow and the doctor has given medical opinion that it was caused by fire arm. He is in custody since 22.9.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Birendra Pandey is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Vikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat PS Case No. 24 of 2016.
