====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara P. S. Case No.298 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2020 and he claims to be a person of clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

From bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that this petitioner fired hitting the informant, who got injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards injury report of the informant.

No.29411 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 From perusal of which, it would manifest that the injury is found simple in nature and it was charred skin around wound of lower part of back right side. Wound of exit was not present. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the injury report also record that no internal injury is found. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Angira Kumari, learned J. M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Barhara P. S. Case No.298 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
