The petitioner is aggrieved by the order bearing Memo no.665 dated 8.6.2015 as contained in Annexure-2 whereby charging the petitioner with certain irregularities in procurement of the rice that he has been asked to show cause to explain the circumstances by the District Cooperative Officer, East Champaran at Motihari.
Considering the stage of the proceeding where the petitioner has merely been asked to explain the circumstances by filing show cause, I am not persuaded to interfere with the same at this stage and the petitioner shall be well advised to file his
Patna High Court CWJC No.10753 of 2015 (4) dt.07-10-2015 show cause in response thereto, if not already filed. It goes without saying that the matter would be disposed of in accordance with law and after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of.
