Petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
