Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 401, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner came in this case when one Md Reyaz was arrested in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case no. 220/2016 and disclosed that he as well as petitioner and others committed the aforesaid loot.

From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Laheriasarai P.S. Case no. 220/2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
