Petitioner is accused in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/120B/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Jalendhar Singh and Sujeet Kumar have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29005 of 2017 on 04.08.2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 48613 of 2017 on 18.10.2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54117 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Danapur, District - Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 542 of 2017 arising out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016.
