The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rohtas (Amjhor) P.S. Case No.315 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 liters of illicit Mahua wine from the motorcycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, he has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 2.11.2017.
