ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to a document (Annexure 2), which is a retail invoicecum-money receipt. A perusal of the said document itself reveals some suspicious entries. The petitioner is also having criminal

Considering the nature of allegations made and the attempt to defraud small scale supplier, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
