The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 158/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2018. He has clean antecedent. It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
