Prayer for bail of petitioner stood rejected at an earlier occasion vide order dated 17.02.2017 passed under Cr. Misc. No.52447 of 2016 (Annexure-1), an opportunity has been given to the petitioner that after examination of the informant, he may renew his prayer for bail. From the order impugned, it is evident that petition under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. is being filed at the end of the other co-accused, who are enjoying the privilege of bail. That happens to be the matter of procedure, wherein no barrier could be put, but the learned lower Court could expedite the same and for that, petitioner may pray.
