JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 The learned counsel for the respondentState seeks to file a counter affidavit which is taken on record, wherein it has been submitted that on account of mistake of law, as also fact, the earlier order of this Court dated 15.09.2022, passed in CWJC No. 5013 of 2018, could not be correctly appreciated by the Circle Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda, however, now the said error has been rectified and the notice dated 13.03.2023, issued to the petitioner, has been recalled.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4780 of 2023(3) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances, however, the respondents be directed to strictly comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 15.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 5013 of 2018. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
