2. This application has been for modification of the order dated 19-02-2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6519 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Patepur PS Case No. 356 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in paragraph nos. 1, 15 as well as in the prayer portion of the bail petition in Cr. Misc. No. 6519 of 2025, 'Patepur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024' was typed in place of 'Patepur P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024'. Consequently, in paragraph nos. 2 and 6 of the order dated 19-02-2025, 'Patepur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024' has been typed in place of 'Patepur

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22183 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024'. Owing to the aforesaid inadvertent error, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated by this Court to avail the benefit of the order.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let 'Patepur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2024' appearing in paragraph nos. 2 and 6 of the order dated 19-02-2025 be read as 'Patepur P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024'.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6519 of 2025.

6. The modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
