Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion as she is a member of the family of co-accused Vicky Yadav. The present first information report has been lodged after about twenty days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation.
