Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion as she is a member of the family of co-accused Vicky Yadav. The present first information report has been lodged after about twenty days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. In her medical examination, the doctor found her age to be 18-19 years i.e. major. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
