2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 8/8(c)/20(b) (ii)A/21(a)/29/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. During vehicle checking, one person started fleeing away on his motorcycle, however on chase, he was apprehended and disclosed his name as Shah Intejar and on search, 10 small packets containing smack were recovered from him. The apprehended co-accused further disclosed that the seized motorcycle belongs to petitioner and he has purchased the recovered smack from petitioner. Apart from this, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
