2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No.311 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 126, 115(2), 109, 117, 303(2), 76, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sword.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. The injury received by the injured is caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19328 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Purnia/concerned Court below, in connection with Dagarua P.S.
