The petitioners being the mother, maternal uncle and aunt of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 323, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.32885 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 the accusation of torture is against the husband of the complainant and the petitioners have been implicated in this case only since they are relation of the husband of the complainant. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Lal Bihari Paswan , J.M. Ist Class, Purnea in complaint case No. 482 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
